| Products – Management |
| |
|
|
| |
| The module for the management of a Point Of Sales Master is developed to provide the manager all
necessary information and tools to manage his Point Of Sales. At any given time, the manager can dispose
of a report of the events that took place in his Point Of Sales: Sales per department, or per product group,
revenues per Point Of Sales or per salesman, level of stocks, … |
| |
| Multiple tasks needed for good functioning of the management are integrated
in this module: |
| |
| Daily Management |
| |
- Inventory
- Management of products/stocks
- Overview of sales reports, …
- Daily, monthly and annually closings
And even all the specific managing tasks proper to the distributing sector.
|
| |
| Customer Management |
| |
| The module for the management of customers makes it possible for the
manager to follow up the evolution in sales for every specific type of customer, and the management of discounts that
have been accorded to every customer. It is also possible, thanks to the couponning system, to accord a
personalised discount, this system makes it possible to make the customers loyal. The Point Of Sales Master even
makes automated handling of customer-cards possible. |
| |
| Managing Suppliers,
Orders and Deliveries |
| |
Point of Sales Master integrates the operation management
linked to the transfers of products. The module for the orders allows the shop-owner to determine the necessary
products by tools developed to help the ordering (by proposition of orders).
Point of Sales Master makes it possible to transfer the data between the Point of Sales and the suppliers
through the international system EDIFact. EDIFact allows different systems to transfer standard data. This
function results in a great gain of time and facilitates the management of orders, because the necessary
information is entered in to the system immediately, without any manual intervention. |
| |
| Customer Screen |
| |
| Two different solutions
can be used: the classic view with 2x20 characters, or a classic VGA-screen.
The second solution allows multimedia-advertisements to be shown to
the customer (pictures or movies) about a product in the shop, or
give a space to companies to distribute marketing-messages. |
| |
| Personnel Management – Security |
| |
A user account is accorded to every user of the
Point of Sales or the Management System. For every member of personnel different levels of entry are set. Doing this,
the shop-owner can chose which person gets access to what data.
Furthermore, all exceptional operations are saved by the system, in opposition to every attempt of misconduct. |
| |
| Promotion Management |
| |
| Promotions can be accorded to a product, to a product family,
or to a certain group of products. The Point of Sales System immediately executes the promotion. A system of
privileges determines which promotion is privileged in case there is more than one promotion for the same sale. |
| |
| Pre-accounting System |
| |
| The Point of Sales Master includes a series of tools to keep the accounting
up to date, in order to minimise the time needed for this. The Master makes it possible to manage incoming and outgoing bills,
and the creation of a journal book by means of an accounting plan. |
| |
| Parameterisation |
| |
| Point of Sales Master is developed in order to make it possible to
change parameters exterior to the program. Consequently, the used material, the different selection tables (VAT-rates,
other currencies…) are elements that can be altered immediately by the user. This allows the user to adapt to evolutions
of data or to legal changes without the intervention of a technician. |
| |
| Sending information to the headquarters |
| |
The data about a Point of Sales can be send every day to the headquarters,
this allows a more detailed management of stocks on the headquarters-level, and a broader look on the effects of a promotion
on a local, regional, national or even international level.
The headquarters can also send suggestions of orders, or more delivery notes (this allows the manager to know for certain
what will be delivered to him). The system also makes it possible to exchange electronic messages between the headquarters
and the Point of Sales, which allows a quick communication. |
