| The Point of Sales is developed embedding two principles: a broad range of functions and easy to use,
to make it possible for the inexperienced user to use all possibilities of the software without being obliged
to execute difficult manipulations. |

| The Point of sales system can manage up to 10 different currencies.
The exchange rate can be determined during the telecommunication with the headquarters. |

| |
| The cashier can allow different discounts (if needed, after
asking an authorized person) on an article or on the total of a ticket. We mention that a history of all these
operations is made, so we can review this later. |

| Integrated and Related Card Systems |

| The card system of the Point of Sales manages all card transactions,
although there are a few differences between different countries: |

| |
| The pay-desk of the Point of Sales is linked to the
Banksys-terminal and exchanges immediately the necessary data or the electronic transfer of funds. |

| France : |
| |
The pay-desk system takes all operations of the
electronic transfer of funds at its expense, in a totally integrated manner. All card operations are therefore carried
out by the pay-desk system. This reduces considerably the costs of material necessary for card operations.
The cards which can be processed on this moment, are: Carte bleue, VISA, American Express, Cetelem,
Diner's club, MasterCard/EuroCard, as well as other privatised cards spent by the petrol sector.
The experience acquired by ABS in the development of integrated card systems offers the possibility
for a fast development of new cards, and this based with certainty on a reliable system.
It is also possible to link a photograph to a private card. This offers the cashier the possibility to
examine the face of the cardholder on his screen, and this way limiting the possibility for fraud. |

| Quick access buttons |
| |
| Quick access buttons are available for most sold articles, or for articles
without bar code. On the computer with touch screen, articles can be classified by type, so that the navigation between a
limited part of most sold articles goes very smoothly. A photograph on the screen of the article is possible. |

| |
| To offer the possibility to train someone on the spot, the pay-desk
can be used in education mode. Using help-function, the every described in detail. |
